Want to speed up your sign up process? No problem, simply collect a Cityhop keycard from your closest collection point.
When signing up simply enter the 5 digit number on the back of the card when prompted. If you've already signed up simply email or call us with the 5 digit number to activate your card once you collect it.
Keycard activation can only be processed by our team during office hours; Mon - Fri: 7:30am-5pm, Sat-Sun: 8am-4pm
